JEFFREY NORFOLK

Born in Leeds in 1936, Jeffrey Norfolk emigrated to New York City in the 1960s, where he became known for his striking acrylic paintings on canvas. His work spans intimate small-scale studies to expansive large-format pieces, often exploring form, movement, and color with a distinct personal language. Norfolk has exhibited internationally, with notable showings at the Museum of Modern Art (New York), ICA Galleries (London), Gallery Virna (Zurich), Visual Studio (Milano), and Tibor De Nagy Gallery (New York).
